We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in SEO, graphic design, and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a versatile developer who can not only handle the technical aspects of web development but also drive digital marketing strategies and visually appealing designs. Business Setup Experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:

Develop user-friendly web pages using a variety of coding languages.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to realize visual design intent & improve user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

SEO Optimization:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies like meta-tagging, keyword insertion, and content optimization.
Analyze website performance, recommend changes, and execute strategies to improve visibility on search engines.

Graphic Design:

Design web assets, promotional materials, and advertising creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.

Paid Campaign Management:

Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Monitor budget and adjust bids to optimize the ROI of each campaign.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning:

Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Hands-on experience in SEO and knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in managing paid online campaigns.

Skills and Competencies:
