IT Support Technician Required in Dubai

We are a rapidly growing business focused on providing top-notch products to millions of customers. We seek a talented IT Technician or IT Support Technician for our Dubai office. This role will provide comprehensive IT technical support to our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues, configuring computer networks, and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support within the company.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computers and network systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
Assist in the setup and support of printer and copier problems.
Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.
Install and update antivirus and firewall software for enhanced security.
Provide ongoing support to individuals encountering computer and network-related challenges.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in IT support or IT technician roles.
Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification.
Associate degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Linux, and UNIX operating systems.
Practical experience with internet and network security protocols.
Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
