Position - Senior Graphic Designer

Salary Range - AED 45,000/month

Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design team, creating visually compelling graphics for a variety of platforms, and ensuring all design work aligns with our brand standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide creative input and direction during brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the electronics or technology industry.
• Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.

• Ensure consistency across all materials.
• Provide a brief explanation for each design choice and how it aligns with the brand’s vision.
