Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business teams to understand and fulfill design requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Conceptualize and develop visuals based on project needs.
Create rough drafts and present innovative ideas.
Design illustrations, logos, and other graphics using software or by hand.
Utilize appropriate colors and layouts for each project.
Develop and design catalogues, social media posts, banners, and printed materials.
Test graphics across various media platforms for consistency and quality.
Amend designs based on feedback to ensure perfection.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with our brand.
Manage and analyze social media pages, including setup and initial engagement reports.
Create and schedule content posts across all social media platforms.
Be flexible to visit multiple locations for content creation, including filming and development.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven graphic design experience with a minimum of 5 years, preferably in retail.
Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and other graphic work.
Proficient in design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Experience managing social media pages across all platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, SnapChat).
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
