Senior Accountant Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job Scope:

Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the
company.
Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in a timely
manners.

Job Duties:

Prepare financial statements and report on any errors or anomalies in accounting
methodology to direct line of authority.
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and report on variances between actuals and budget/forecasts
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure adequate liquidity
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external auditors,
regulators, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial standards and with local tax
regulations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and
accuracy of the accounting function

Qualifications:

Education:

BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree preferred Master in a related field.
CPA or CMA would be a plus
Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience within the Real estate and development field is a must

Other Requirements:

Very good English language level

Good level in Microsoft office (word - excel)
