Senior Account Manager Required in Dubai
As a Senior Account Manager at IDC, you will be responsible for driving sales, growth and building long-lasting relationships with existing clients (20%) and prospects (80%) within Middle East excluding Saudi Arabia across the IDC portfolio of services. Your reporting Manager is based in Saudi Arabia.
Individually contributing to the sales revenue for Middle East region (excluding Saudi Arabia) via identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the technology sector as well as keeping existing clients engaged.
Focus on selling IDC's Research, Data, Custom Solutions and Events portfolio to key enterprise (“end-users”) and Government entities across the region.
Organizing and driving face-to-face and virtual meetings with existing and potential customers to sell IDC Services to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborating with sales managers based in different offices regionally to drive sales with international companies that are headquartered in a different country in the region.
Customizing proposals based on customer requirements with the support of team members through existing PowerPoint templates.
Accurately reporting the sales pipeline in the CRM and local market intel/inputs to grow the business based on trends and requirements.
A solid track record of about 4 to 7 years of experience with a focus on consultative selling and client relationship management
Knowledge of the technology sector and/or experience with selling Solutions is a big plus.
Experience with selling to Government entities is a plus.
Being fluent in English is a must.
Being an Arabic speaker is a plus.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at various organizational levels.
Powerful negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, advanced PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to navigate complex sales scenarios.
Being self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software, knowledge of Salesforce in particular is a plus.
