We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Admin.

Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate brokerage.
Plan, coordinate, and control the day-to-day admin activities.
Knowledge of Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
Updating Listings, Creating tenancy contracts, Invoices, and Quotations.
Must be well versed with Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest.
Drafting Tenancy Contracts and Addendum for New and Renewal properties.
Support the team with sales and leasing transactions.
Prospect listings by calling
Act as a point of contact among clients, employees & external agencies.
Manage the information flow in a timely & accurate manner
Act as an office manager by keeping up with the office supply inventory
Make information for internal & external communications – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Organize & maintain the office filing system

Qualifications
Filipino
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong marketing research abilities
Provides extensive office and operational support
Completely up-to-date on all related online property advertisements
Uphold RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
Good understanding of all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, and I, etc.)
Office management
Business communications
Working under time constraints
Organizational skills
Has prior experience with MyCRM
