Role Description

As a Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing real estate market trends, developing strategic initiatives, and supporting our primary real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of the secondary real estate market, including trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing real estate market transactions and improving overall market positioning.
Assist in the evaluation, negotiation, and closing of secondary market transactions, including property acquisitions and sales.
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Work closely with other departments, including primary and secondary market specialists, to ensure a cohesive approach to real estate operations.

Qualifications

Real Estate License (RERA) is mandatory.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on primary and secondary market operations.
Strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and investment analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proven track record of managing real estate transactions and supporting strategic initiatives.
A valid driver's license is a must.
