Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior IT Personnel, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations within our company. Your responsibilities will include:
Being the go-to point of contact for IT support, assisting your colleagues with software, hardware, and network-related inquiries.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of software and hardware components across computers and network systems.
Swiftly diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Providing essential setup and support for printers and copiers, ensuring our office runs smoothly.
Safeguarding our systems with proactive measures, including the installation and updates of antivirus and firewall software.
Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of network and security protocols, such as TCP/IP, IPSEC, SSL/TLS, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, Wi-Fi technologies, routing, L2/L3 switching, and traffic shaping.
Setting up, configuring, and testing network equipment like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Leveraging your hands-on experience with UNIFI Devices and other WIFI Devices to enhance our network infrastructure.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals facing computer and network-related challenges.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, showcasing your strong foundation.
Certification prowess, including Cisco CCNA, FortiGate, or Microsoft Certifications, reflecting your dedication to excellence.
A minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in IT support or IT technician roles, demonstrating your practical expertise.
Proficiency in both Windows and Mac systems, allowing you to navigate diverse environments seamlessly.
Real-world experience in internet and network security protocols, highlighting your commitment to robust protection.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical documentation abilities, proving your analytical prowess.
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with teams.
