IT Specialist Required in Dubai

Job Description:

Installing and configuring computer to Company domain, support to install software, systems, printers, and scanners
Maintain Network in coordinate with HQ IT Team
Monitoring and maintaining Office networks, System related to IT.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from Staffs.
Providing technical support across the Mena region related to IT (this may be in person or online) and to customers.
Setting up Domain accounts for new user’s laptop.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Give guidance for staff
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required
Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Security configuration and permission management
Company Internal IT project support

Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or similar.
3-5 years of experience as an IT Operations Engineer
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Proficiency in IT helpdesk software
Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
