IT Sales Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for an IT-TELESALES/SHE to be a part of our organization. The role is based out of Dubai .
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new customers to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibility:
Fluency in written & spoken English is essential.
Identify new customers within uae market.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business
Continuously building prospect lists by initiating phone discussions and establishing relationships
Conducting phone based research by contacting customers to develop and update the necessary database by qualifying names, titles and contact details and mail id.
Setting up face-to-face /virtual meetings for the with qualified/potential prospects
Feeding and growing database with customer relevant information building up a richer profile to understand clients’ needs
Providing weekly KPI reports, including lead source tracking, calls made, qualified calls description, meetings and activities accomplished, direct mailing documentation
Ensuring that the database is accurate and up-to-date at all times – including updating information after sales meetings and periodically scanning for incomplete information

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 year prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
