in-depth knowledge of the IT products and services. Should be able to understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the products to effectively communicate them to customers.

responsible for identifying and understanding the specific needs and requirements of customers. Should be able to engage with customers, ask relevant questions, and gather information to determine the best solutions that align with the customer's objectives.

need to be skilled at creating and delivering presentations that showcase how the company's products or services can address the customer's needs. This involves preparing and delivering compelling demonstrations, providing technical insights, and highlighting the value proposition of the solution.

collaborate with account managers or sales representatives to understand customer requirements, create proposals, develop pricing strategies, and participate in customer meetings or negotiations.

responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. This includes identifying potential vendors, conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.

manage the RFP process, which involves drafting comprehensive RFP documents, distributing them to potential vendors, coordinating vendor responses, evaluating proposals, and making recommendations based on evaluation criteria.

Staying updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Should conduct market research, analyze market trends/customer feedback, assess vendor capabilities, and provide insights to help the company refine its product strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Must have Bachelor’s degree in IT/Technology. Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with proficiency in English Language. Arabic is an added advantage
