Role responsibilities include:
Monitor Server activities (Linux and Windows).
Controlling the internal network of the entity.
Keeping the network cables always up and running along with the routers and switches.
Enhancing the backup plans for the servers as well as for the network.
Reporting to managers with the a weekly reports about the daily tasks.
The candidate must be on a very high manner and good behavior (we hire for attitude not for skills).
Managing Microsoft 365 accounts and admin panel
Managing users support requests
Site support to the clients and colleagues during events activities
