Human Resources Generalist Required in Dubai - Dubai


Seeking a passionate HR Generalist with at least 1 year of HR experience in UAE's Real Estate, Ideal candidates will have experience in payroll, visa processing, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, employee relations and proficient letter preparation skills.


Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll disbursement.
Visa Processing: Experience in handling visa processing for employees.
Leave Management: Manage employee leaves and maintain accurate records.
Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Letter Preparation: Prepare various HR letters, including salary certificates, warning letters, termination letters, etc.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Streamline onboarding processes for new hires and manage effective offboarding procedures for departing employees.
Employee Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with employees, address concerns, and contribute to a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Policies and Compliance: Stay abreast of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, ensuring compliance and contributing to a fair and equitable workplace.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to gather HR metrics, analyze trends, and generate insightful reports for informed decision-making.


Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with expertise in payroll, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
