Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team at Nejoum Al Jazeera Used Cars, LLC. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes to meet the organization's goals and objectives. Your expertise in all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations, will be crucial in ensuring the success of our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
Manage and coordinate internal HR programs such as employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and training and development
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, HR policies, and best practices
Lead and supervise a team of HR professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify areas for improvement within the HR function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and drive organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Arabic speaking is a must, Fluency in English.
