HR Recruiter Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the administration industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes. The primary responsibility of the HR Recruiter will be to source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and professional networks
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills

Salary: Rs.2800 AED
