HR Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai Featured
They are currently looking to hire an HR Specialist for their Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
Handling payroll processes alongside Finance including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements.
Administering employee benefits such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
Updating employment contracts as per UAE legal requirements.
Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Enforcing HR policies consistently across the organization.
Educating managers and employees about policies and procedures.

Generating management reports related to HR metrics, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Monitoring attrition rates and implementing strategies to retain talent.
Collaborating with managers to address employee concerns and improve job satisfaction.
Coordinate with PRO (Public Relations Officer) for new visas, renewals, work permits, and trade license renewals.
Forecast hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process and coordinating with vendors.
Manage Leave records for employees efficiently year on year and generate reports for management.
Plan and conduct performance review sessions with the line managers.
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
Skills & Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
Minimum 4 -7 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Solid understanding of UAE labor legislation and Payroll process
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
