Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Leader to lead the HR function of a diversified group of companies based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, driving HR initiatives across multiple business units, and fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
20+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives in a complex, multi-business environment.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the broader UAE.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
Experience in a diversified group of companies or similar complex organizational structure is preferred.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives.
Lead the HR team in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
Partner with senior management to identify talent gaps and develop plans for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Provide leadership and guidance on complex HR issues, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
