Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers and clients both in English and Arabic, documenting inquiries, complaints or comments regarding our services and products, and redirecting calls to the respective department. Call Agents are responsible to report technical problems and follow up till its resolved. They will be expected to maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, and contributing to team effort by completing other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications
Fluency in both Arabic and English language
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquettes
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline
