System Analyst Required in Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a System Analysis and Sales Coordinator at our general trading company, specializing in importing and exporting construction materials. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team while utilizing your expertise in system analysis and accounting. We are a family run company that is growing quickly and looking to expand our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient systems and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff on system usage and troubleshooting.
- Assist in managing the sales process, including generating and tracking sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and financial records in QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and other business performance metrics.
- Develop revenue forecasts based on prospective clients / projects.
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop and maintain spreadsheets for sales forecasting, data analysis, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system analysis, preferably in a sales or trading environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience working with QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with the construction materials industry is a plus.
