Must Have:
3+ years of experience in a relevant filed
Skilled in using IT systems and programs and updates and managing them effectively
Hands-on experience in providing technical and technical support in repairing or maintaining the assets of electronic devices of the Company
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or in a relevant discipline
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) and ITIL Foundation are required
In-depth knowledge of policies, procedures and systems related to information technology
