Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruitment position. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.

Qualifications

Experience in hiring, interviewing, and communicating with potential candidates
Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing candidates and managing the candidate pipeline
Experience in training and development to onboard and support new hires
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with HR technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
