Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to craft, organize, and refine proposals, presentations, and essential documentation required for the pre-sales process.
Ensure the precision, meticulous organization, and alignment of proposals with both customer requirements and company objectives.
Bid Coordination:
Support the timely preparation and submission of bids and tenders.
Coordinate cross-departmentally to collect essential information and resources vital for successful bid submissions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all pre-sales activities, including proposals, contracts, and interactions with clients.
Generate comprehensive reports detailing pre-sales activities and their outcomes, intended for management evaluation.
Communication and Follow-Up:
Act as a proficient liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Proactively engage with clients to collect valuable feedback on proposals and address any inquiries promptly and professionally.
Market Research:
Remain informed and updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and prevailing market conditions to provide invaluable insights throughout the pre-sales process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant Business discipline.
Prior experience in preparing tenders and RFQs is highly desirable.
Demonstrated familiarity and experience with enterprise-grade products such as HP, Dell, VMware, Veeam, etc.
Proven track record in order processing, proposal management and coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
