About the job
Our Client - a super employee friendly employer in the Real Estate sector is looking for superstars from the field to assist their elite clients with the rental, purchase or sale of industrial, commercial or residential property.

Key responsibilities include:

Presales prep:

Taking digital photos of properties for presentation to buyers and advertising collateral
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Scheduling appointments that are suitable with the clients schedules
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Inspect condition of premises and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.


Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
Listing properties with the relevant services and amenities
Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling price
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Maintain and update listings of available properties on various portals
Develop content for sales presentations and other materials.

Client Servicing:

Meeting, discussing and understanding the needs of buyers/ sellers
Accompany buyers/tenants during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
Staging home properties for visits and making a purchase offer on a property
Attending closing dates and providing support for clients
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Revealing any new information to buyers and presenting any details about the properties seen during the research process
Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers

Key Requirements:

Valid real estate agent license required (RERA)
Driving License is a must
Strong portfolio of potential clients
Negotiation skills
Thorough understanding of the real estate market, the laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions.
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
Proven track of record of successful sales
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
