Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our international team in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process with care and respect.
2. Market Analysis: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
3. Property Showings: Conduct property showings, open houses, and tours for clients, demonstrating a deep knowledge of property features and benefits.
4. Negotiation: Assist clients with price negotiations, offers, and counteroffers, always representing their best interests with professionalism and respect.
5. Transaction Management: Ensure seamless and efficient real estate transactions, from offer acceptance to closing, while maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including agents, brokers, and support staff, to leverage their expertise and enhance the client experience.
7. Continued Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and market developments through training and professional development opportunities.
8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining a respectful and client-centric approach.


Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Rentals and off plan projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and other real estate-related software
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, laws and regulations
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent
Proven track record of successful sales and business development
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
