The IT Solutions Developer role is a unique and dynamic position that encompasses two key responsibilities within our organization. Crucially, the role is based around ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and providing technical assistance to users. Additionally, they will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative databases and user-friendly front-end interfaces to enhance our technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide timely technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through necessary steps to resolve technical issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Monitor system performance and address potential security vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and suggest improvements for optimizing technology usage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient database structures that meet business needs.
Develop, test, and deploy new databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
Create front-end user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing using modern web development technologies.
Optimize and enhance existing databases and front-end interfaces to improve performance and user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions that align with the organization's goals.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in database design, development, and management.
Experience in developing front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modelling.
Hands-on experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for creating user interfaces.
Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, security, and performance optimization.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
