Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and prepare sales reports.
Handle inquiries from clients.
Interact with customers via phone and email to address queries.
Provide product information and assist in resolving issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals and quotations.
Ensure proposals and quotations are accurate and aligned with customer requirements.
Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
Liaise with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations.
Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to meet customer demand.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Provide valuable insights to the sales team
Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce IT solutions and services.
Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed.
Generate new prospects and leads for the sales team.
