IT Operations Engineer Required in Dubai - Dubai

The Role

This role is a caretaker for the IT needs of remote team members. You will need to deal with normal IT routine processes, including with broken laptops, missing accesses & credentials, and onboarding follow-ups, with a focus on the security of our employees and their devices. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for quality and safety in what they do.

What You Will Be Doing

Help with ordering and purchasing of hardware items: laptops, security keys mainly.
Security Configuration of the hardware and software, including MDM, EDR, and other security software setup.
Routing and distribution of the hardware items within the defined geographical area.
Participation in On/Offboarding processes.
User Access and License Management to several common systems
Keeping the Guidelines and user instructions up to date
Route incoming IT-related requests to the appropriate team\person
Helping colleagues with troubleshooting if something breaks
Contributing to security support and Ops projects

What We Look For In You

Experience in IT for 2+ years
Basic coding ability (language flexible)
Customer success aptitude
Understanding of the Workstation Security basics for Macs, Windows and Linux machines
Good communication skills
Good troubleshooting skills
Fluent written and spoken English
