We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic team at Presight. As the IT Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and user support.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Admin Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the IT department.
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assets.
Assist in coordinating IT-related events and activities.
Ticketing System:
Manage and respond to IT support tickets promptly.
Prioritize and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure timely resolution of user concerns.
Asset Management:
Oversee the tracking and management of IT assets.
Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in asset records.
Collaborate with procurement for timely acquisitions and disposals.
Bilingual Support:
Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
Provide technical assistance to users in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Administrator or similar role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
