Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai


Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Recruiting the blue-collar (operation staff).
Provide guidance and support to HR staff on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Following up on the requirements for the projects (Operation dept).
Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with relevant legal and organizational requirements.
Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are complying.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee benefits, leave management, and policy interpretation.
Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
Follow up and Supervise with PRO all the transactions on the government's systems.
Communication link between HR Dept and all the group.
HRMS requisites, Leaves, Return from leave, Employee transfer, Payroll information, warning letters) etc.
Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related discipline.
Minimum experience of 5 years in Human Resources in Dubai.
Arabic speaker.
Having experience in a construction company is a must.
Good understanding of current employment law.
Be a high-energy, can-do person who can operate in a fast-moving environment and can re-direct projects as needed.
Strong command of Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
A collaborative team player.
