Human Resources Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Role Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding and orientation.
Labor & Immigration - process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements including off boarding through to final settlement.
Monitor and manage leave and sickness absence.
Talent / performance management – manage the probation and annual performance review process - including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback ; collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities for employees.
Employee relations - provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE Labor Law and best practice.
Payroll, medical insurance & compensation – manage payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and medical insurance administration.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5 -8 years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in a trading and distribution organization with deep working knowledge of UAE recruitment and employee relations and UAE Labor Law.
Experience in dealing with employee relations – provide guidance to managers and employees to address concerns and conflicts.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Capable of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information including salaries and benefits.
Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Education
Bachelors degree is mandatory
