Human Resources Officer Required in Dubai

Act as a focal point for the assigned departments when it comes to human resources and admin activities to support and help these departments to success through partnership and conduct the day-to-day operations of the HRD. Additionally, responsible for recruitment, Human Resource employee relations, training and development, Human Resource Information System & Operational Projects.

Education Level

Bachelor of Business administration or equivalent in addition to 3-6 years of similar experience from a reputable company.
CIPD or Equivalent
Knowledge

Knowledge of labor laws of the countries that we operate in.
Knowledge of the HR industry in general and specialized in recruitment & selections.
Skills & Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in a reputable organization.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels.
Perfect computer literate.
Self-motivated and task oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conducts recruitment, new hire screening, background checks, onboarding, and orientation.
Fulfil the required number of vacancies through the different channels on time.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and newspapers for the required number of new staff required.
Interview the candidates and present a report on each candidate after the interview.
Arrange for interviewing the candidates that are nominated for an employee post within the company.
Prepare staff permissions monthly report.
Answer all employee’s related inquiries and requests.
Book tickets in coordination with the travel agent for workers who are eligible for the ticket (every 2 years) and going on annual leave.
Prepare letter requests for employees
Coordinate with the department and conduct the investigation if required. Prepare and arrange for a warning letter with evidence.
Update the manpower plan on a regular basis with relation to the replacement and resignations and adding the new added positions.
Hiring documentation and employee file creation.
Prepare an employee survey which engages employees as well as measures their satisfaction.
Organize events which engage employees with each other.
Ensure that staff follow an appropriate dress code as well as code of conduct.
Arrange in coordination with other HR members to announce all new policies, staff, events.
Partners with employees and management to administer and communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
Maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Ensures legal and ethical compliance with regional laws.
Provide departments and stakeholders with guidance and advice related to human resources activities to achieve their targets and objectives.
Work as an employee champion for the areas of responsibilities.
Act as a focal point when it comes to the activities of the human resources and administration within the areas of responsibilities.
Manage the project plans that are set within the department to make sure that projects are completed within the approved timetable set.
Execute employee relation events on a quarterly & ongoing basis.
Any other tasks related to his work or requested by the management.
