JOB DESCRIPTION:

About this role

If you are a fresh graduate with a degree in Management/ HR / Marketing, and are looking for experience, then we could be a match!

Key Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment Assistance:

Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process.
Maintain and update candidate databases.

2) Database Management:

Organize and maintain employee records and other HR-related documents.
Assist in data entry and ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR databases.
Generate HR reports and provide data analysis as required.
Help ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.

3) General HR/Admin Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.
Help organize and coordinate Marketing Events, meetings, and training sessions.

4) Excel and Spreadsheet Management:

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets for various HR-related tasks.
Perform data analysis and report generation using Excel.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
