What You Will Do:

Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all employees.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Proficiently use HRIS systems to manage employee data, track attendance, and generate reports.
Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Stay up to date with UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
Collaborate with the PRO team for all employee-related documentation processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve conflicts and create incident reports when necessary.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
