Human Resources Business Partner Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Provide agreed levels of HR service to the organization, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Inductions &
Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Exit Management and HR Projects.
Coach and Partner with Business/ Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.
Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.
Drive Performance Management with timely objective setting and KPI reviews.
Responsible for providing monthly payroll-related data additions/deductions impacting payroll, working closely with HR Specialist.
Responsible for candidates offers and new employees onboarding and induction.
Manage the HR Platforms and HR Data Bases:-
Development Hub, Staff Data Base, HR Core.
Responsible for HR Budgeting, MTP Planning HR Monthly Reporting.
Manage the HR & Admin insurances: Medical, Life, 3rd Party Liability, All Risk Policy, Workmen Compensation.
Support all the staff on daily requirements.

Accuracy and attention to detail.
People’s oriented.
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
Human Resources or related Degree – Mandatory
Post Graduated Studies in HR or Admin field – Highly Desirable
Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies
Supervisor Experience – Highly Desirable
