HR Manager Required in Dubai

Leading a team of 3 experienced HR generalists
Completing the implementation of ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit to enhance HR efficiency
Integrating payroll with ZOHO People (from an HR perspective) to streamline processes
Enhancing the onboarding process administration for a seamless experience
Implementing HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve HR effectiveness
Establishing HR Controlling mechanisms to ensure data-driven decision-making
Managing daily HR operations and administration tasks
Ensuring correct payrolls
Working closely with other departments to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
Providing support in the development and execution of HR strategies

Requirements

Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or related field
5 years of leadership experience in HR
Full English proficiency is required
German language proficiency is advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of all HR processes and UAE Labor Law
Track record of successful HR project execution
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Zoho People and Zoho Recruit), HR analytics
Advanced computer literacy is required e.g., MS Excel
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Innovative approach to optimizing HR operations
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
