The Client and Job Role

This is a full-time position as a Head Bartender at a five star hotel property in Dubai Marina. This client is an global leader in hospitality and specializes in beach clubs, resturants and nightclubs. They are high energy, dynamic and perfect for ambitous professionals looking to grow in the Middle East! As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including overseeing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory and supplies, creating and executing drink menus, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

What you Need / Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years F&B experience.
Fluent in English, Other languages such as French, Russian, Italian or Spanish.
Positive and high energy level
Customer Service and Communication skills
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service
Strong culinary skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
