Guest Relation Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key One Holiday Homes are now hiring a Proactive Guest Relations Officer with Drivers License to accommodate our guests’ check-ins and check-outs and look after them throughout their stay to ensure they have the best experience.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Preparation of property inventory lists through CRM application.
Perform all necessary functions to facilitate the Tenant Move In/Move Out procedures and prepare Move In/Move Out reports through CRM application.
Reviewing the guest’s arrival and departure lists daily
Meeting & greeting guests on their arrival; and making sure they have a smooth departure.
Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties are ready for guests and are always in mint condition.
Making sure all guest's needs are fulfilled.
Assist and orient new tenants on facilities rules and regulations of the Building and Community.
Coordinate with the third parties’ contractors/vendors related to the maintenance on matters of the schedule and pictures of the works before and after.
Assist Property Management Team with administrative tasks – documents scanning/coping/storing in CRM/Server.
Able to multi-task productively & handle other essential tasks as assigned by the management.
Collaborating effectively with members of the concierge and security of the properties
Overseeing guest experience throughout their stay from arrival to departure
Handling all challenging situations and issues in the properties that could occur during guests stays.
Managing difficult communications with valued guests who are unsatisfied with our service, product or resolution offered.
Prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively with colleagues which is essential for the daily running of the operation
Working on other tasks or ad-hoc projects/activities as required

Required skills and qualifications.

HOTEL experience or more specifically Holiday Homes experience is required.
Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services is Important
Preferably with basic working knowledge of Property Management Systems/Holiday Homes.
At least 2 to 3 years of UAE experience is Required.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve problems and think critically.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Proficiency in computer software programs
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
