Responsibilities

Adapt and resize existing assets for different social media platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Develop templates and design guidelines to streamline content creation processes.
Work closely with strategy team and content creators to ensure visual and textual content complements each other effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Guiding Junior Graphic designer with your expertise.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design work.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,) and other relevant software.
Knowledge of social media platforms, their image and video requirements, and best practices.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas while also executing established concepts.
