Cyber Security Specialist Required in Dubai

We are in search for a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) lead within the OT/ICS Cyber Ssecurity specialization, who will lead efforts across multiple OT/ICS and Critical Infrastructure Projects.

Requirements:

The Lead OT Cyber security Consultant must have the following.

Experience of 5+ Years in OT/ICS Environment
Experience of 8+ Years in overall Cyber security
Experience in OT Cyber security Frameworks and Standards (Local and Regional) – NESA UAE IA
Experience in Cyber security Governance – Policies, Processes, Procedures and Guidelines
Experience in Conducting Cyber Risk Assessment across the OT environment
Experience in Documenting CSMS – policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines
OT Security Architecture based on Purdue Model
IEC62443 Knowledge and Architecture - L4, L3.5 DMZ, L3, L2, L1 and L0
Knowledge on Remote Diagnostic Service – Cloud Based OT Monitoring
Experience in OT Cyber security Controls
NGFWs
IDS and IPS
Network Access Control
EDR and Anti-Virus
Removable Media Control
Industrial Anomaly Sensor
Data Diodes
VPN / Remote Terminal Services
Incident Response Management in OT
Knowledge and experience with OEMs – Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider, SIEMENS etc.

Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Must have ICS certification
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques
Strong knowledge of Information Systems, IT Operation, ITSM and IT Audit
Must have experience of 5+ Years in OT/ICS Environment
Experience of 8+ Years in overall Cybersecurity
Must have Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) expiriance
Must be fluent in English

Certifications:

Cyber Security industry certifications is preferred (CICP, GICSP, ICS-CERT, CISA / ISO27001 Lead Auditor / CCAK / CGEIT / ITIL / CRISC / CISM / CCSK / CISSP)
