Role Description
PECTIV is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Service in Dubai, who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good time management skills, and experience in e-commerce store management to drive the growth of the company’s online store.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong experience in managing e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service
Experience with Shopify, and WooCommerce.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and meet deadlines
Experience with Google Analytics and/or other e-commerce analytics tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners, team members, and executives.
