Customer Service Executive Required in Dubai
A reputable and well-established multinational Retail company is actively recruiting a Customer Service Executive for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include:
Contact customers to deliver the company’s products, services, and/or promotions.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all activities are aligned.
Accept/ reject customer claims in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate IT-related issues with the IT Team.
Develop reporting tools to monitor pricing and catalog activities.
Test, fix, and update pricing.
Keep data up to date.
Conduct anti-fraud activities through manual checks.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
UAE Nationals with Family Book are encouraged to apply for this position.
Proven experience in a similar role is a plus. Catalog coordination and pricing experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of anti-fraud activities.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel is required.
