The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Sales Broker to join our Sharjah team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients in the commercial real estate market, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance to facilitate property transactions. The ideal candidate is a driven, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate market
Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities to propose suitable properties and solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive properties and pricing strategies
Analyze market conditions, property values and comparable properties to provide accurate information to clients
Create detailed property listings, including photographs, descriptions and relevant documents
Develop professional presentations and marketing materials to showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts and other real estate transactions on behalf of clients
Advise clients on the negotiation terms, pricing, financing options and other relevant aspects of the deal
Attend industry events to expand professional contacts and stay updated on market trends
Proactively seek new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the client base and increase revenue streams
Ensure all necessary legal documents and contracts are prepared accurately and facilitate the transaction process smoothly
Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

Proven experience in real estate sales with a successful track record of closing deals
Understanding of commercial real estate market trends and property types
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Fluent in Arabic.
