As a Call Center Executive, you will be a frontline customer service representative, handling incoming customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service responses and support. Your ability to efficiently and accurately answer questions, provide solutions and demonstrate our commitment to service excellence is essential.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate, reliable product information
Resolve customer issues in accordance with established procedures
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy in all customer information
Ensure customer experience across all channels are consistent with company standards
Document customer interactions to ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service, call center, or sales support preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to remain focused in a customer service-oriented role
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to adapt to new tools
