Business Development Manager Required in Dubai
After 3 years of post-COVID growth, we need a motivated sales-hunter to join our team and continue reaching more customers across the UAE. We need someone who loves the hunt and can sniff out a deal, but who isn't desperate and understands the important of putting customer needs first.
VIVO Fitness is a Dubai based manufacturer and supplier of Gym Equipment and Flooring products for fitness facilities across the UAE and Middle East. 80% of our revenue comes from "Projects" where we support our customers on design, construction and complete installation of their Gym Equipment and Flooring products. Our projects span from small garage gyms, through to multi-million $ facilities, with customers including Major Fitness Chains and Government Agencies, to Boutique Studios and Residential Gyms.

Responsibilities
Reporting to our Dubai General Manager, you'll be responsible for the full life-cycle of your deals - from initial lead sourcing all the way through to ensuring your customer is satisfied with their products and service. You are a relationship builder, not a used car salesmen.
Generally speaking, you'll be sourcing deals that range in size between AED20,000 to AED200,000 across the UAE Residential, Education, Retails and Hotel sectors. However, this will likely change based on the experience of the candidate.
Qualifications
The below is a list of MUST haves. We will call your references.
You are an excellent communicator - both written and verbal.
You're not afraid to canvas the market for leads - including cold-calling, door knocking, asking for referrals etc.
You have proven experience in a sales related roles, across several years.
You know how to sell the value of a great product or service, rather than selling just on price.
You are a self-starter, with initiative and the ability to make decisions. We will provide product training and direction, but we will not micro-manage you.
You are not afraid to speak up, share ideas and offer constructive feedback to help improve the business - including to management.
You are not afraid of being rejected or losing deals. You see rejection as an opportunity to learn.
You have a UAE license and a car.
The below is a list of NICE TO haves, but not essential
Experience selling products or services to Fitness related facilities, including Hotel Chains and residential developments.
Experience selling "solutions" rather than just physical products.
Experience with Lead Management software (eg. Pipedrive or similar)
Experience with Google Docs software (eg. Gmail, Google Sheets)
