We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our core team. The primary purpose of this position is to drive trading business growth by fostering B2B relationships, supporting production orders, monitoring market intelligence, and contributing to strategic development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Production Orders: Collaborate closely with the production team to facilitate the entire production order process. Ensure seamless communication between production, suppliers, and traders to meet customer demands efficiently.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data and trends related to car service centers and trading. Provide regular updates to the core team regarding market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Strategy Development: Play a pivotal role in the development and execution of trading department strategies. Contribute to strategic planning, which includes identifying new business opportunities and assessing potential risks.
P&L Responsibilities: Take ownership of profit and loss responsibilities within the trading department. Work towards achieving revenue targets while managing costs effectively.
B2B Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, traders, and other key stakeholders. Focus on generating B2B deals and partnerships that drive business growth.
Competitor Analysis: Maintain regular contact with competitors to stay informed about their stock details, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Leverage this information to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Financial Coordination: Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments to suppliers and traders. Maintain clear and open communication with the finance and logistics teams to facilitate a smooth process.
New Business Opportunities: Work closely with suppliers and traders to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Explore potential partnerships, products, and markets to expand the trading portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the automotive or trading industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Knowledge of financial and logistics processes.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
