Duties And Responsibilities

To satisfy all customer requirements by ensuring that the service is consistently maintained at the highest standard.
Responsible for driving business to the outlet.
To prepare accurate budget numbers, weekly forecasts and promotions.
Material Management System Set up & Configeration.
Weekly Menu Engineering .
Reducing inventory ratios .
Weekly Inventories.
Recipe costing.
Standardized recipe book.
Find and negotiate with spirit vendors and beverage suppliers.
Always stay on top of new trends and brands in the market.
To be informed and aware of all relevant legislation regarding service of liquor, the sale of tobacco, opening hours, licenses etc.
To maintain and/or implement efficient and effective work methods and systems.
Assist the management to achieve financial targets and minimize wastage.
To prepare weekly schedule, which will provide adequate cover in the most effective manner.
To monitor team members working hours, public holidays, vacation days, sick leaves and submit payroll before salary cut-off date every month.
To carry out ordering of supplies as and when necessary.
To carry out and monitor all orders of food and beverage items for the bar.
To implement and monitor accurate cash-up procedures at end of each shift.
Responsible for monitoring team member financial performance and push for better sales.
Regularly review staff performance and give feedback and appraisal when required.
To constantly strive to improve the standards of hygiene and service throughout the bar.
Attentive to staff needs, communicates to all levels via appropriate channels.
Highly visible within his or her area, approachable to both guest and employees during operation.
Responsible for maintaining the VIP guest profile history for the venue.
To maintain a harmonious work relationship between yourself, your assistant staff and customers.
Make sure all team members have a thorough understanding of their duties, performance standards and responsibilities.
Ensure that strict and proper inventory control is being carried out.
Complete knowledge of financial targets and minimize wastage.
Treat all guests and colleagues with outmost respect and friendliness.
Ensure and maintain a clean and inviting bar area at all times.
Prepare end of shift report at the end of each shift.
