3D Visualization Specialist Required in Dubai

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualization Specialist to join our team, responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations for interior design projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with interior designers, offering creative solutions and effectively communicating design concepts to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling and Rendering: Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using industry-leading software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Blender.
Design Collaboration: Work with interior designers to develop and refine design concepts, including selecting materials, textures, and color schemes that align with the project’s vision.
Visualization and Animation: Produce photorealistic images, interactive 360-degree panoramas, and animations to visually communicate design intent and spatial relationships.
Client Presentations: Prepare and present 3D visualizations to clients, articulating design ideas and incorporating their feedback.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design development, including sketches, renderings, and all other visual materials.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, interior design, or architecture.
Software Expertise: Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software, including:
SketchUp
Revit
3ds Max
Blender
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial dynamics, and visual communication.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both designers and clients.
Additional Qualities:
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies or inaccuracies in models, ensuring high-quality final renderings.
Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Creative Problem Solving: Capable of finding innovative solutions to design challenges and client requests.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new tools and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends.
